5th June saw a variety of trade members of the Company head to the Craft Bakers' Association BusinessDay2024.
The morning's AGM saw Past Master Baker Patrick Wilkins handing over the Presidency of the Association after a successful year at the helm.
An invaluable networking opportunity for bakers at all stages of their careers, the day showcases the trade in all its diversity, from mills to machinery and beyond. As you might expect, there are cakes and bakes a-plenty to try, including fascinating demonstrations from the Biscuiteers and Dawn Foods Global. Further seminars explored topical issues of the day, including the potential applications of AI for the industry.
