On behalf of the committee may I thank you & all your team for the professional, kind, courteous & efficient handling of our Officers Mess yesterday at Bakers Hall.
As you know it was our debut with you & all comments I have received so far have been unanimous in agreement that it was certainly one of our best ever.
The magnificent venue in the historic setting of the City of London added to the occasion.
Personally, I didn’t feel there was any ‘gamble’ using Bakers Hall as having attended a private function before at the Hall & having very positive meetings with you all prior to the event I felt that all points were covered.
As you may remember we have just 2 meetings a year - Lunch & Dinner & I feel confident in recommending that Bakers Hall will feature as a Major & popular choice going forward.

Thank you so much for all your hospitality last evening. Everyone had a wonderful evening, thanks in no small part, to your excellent organisation.
We would like to thank the Master, Wardens and Court for their generousity in allowing us the use of the Hall, it is much appreciated by our Charity. All funds raised go directly to the Trust as all Team members are volunteers and so enables us to continue to support the Musicians through the early part of their careers.

Thank you for a wonderful evening WCo Educators Dinner
Thank you for all your help and support both last Wednesday night and leading up to the event, especially considering the Bakers were at the Mansion House the night before, I am sure you and Lance were very busy. The evening went extremely well and I got a lot of positive feed back from the members, some enjoying being back, the Bakers were very supportive of the Educators on our formation as a guild, and others as seeing bakers hall for the first time. Everything went incredibly well and your helpful no problem attitude helped make the evening very special for the company.

Following the disruptions caused by the global pandemic, there are now no restrictions on receptions, buffets, event numbers, table numbers, or table spacing so we are hosting events for up to 90 guests, as usual. However, if a measure of ’social-distancing’ is still preferred, we can happily accommodate up to 48 guests in the Livery Hall on this basis for catered functions of all kinds including corporate meetings, anniversaries, celebrations and weddings, City events, and Masonic lunches and dinners.
Equally, while it is no longer a legal requirement to wear a face covering when moving around the Hall or attending events such as lectures or presentations, we appreciate that some may still prefer to do so and we would also encourage those who are feeling unwell or displaying Covid-19 symptoms, not to attend events at Bakers’ Hall.
