It was a stellar occasion at the Royal Lancaster Hotel on October 25th when the cream of the baking industry came together to celebrate the passion, talent and excellence that marks the production of a myriad of bakery products.
Master Baker Charles Joseph was in attendance, meeting bakers and business owners from all around the country. He also met with some delegates from the 2024 Company bursary courses; one of whom, Naomi Spaven, was the winner of the British Baker Rising Star Award.
Liveryman Jonathan Mellows and Montana Bakery Ltd were delighted to win the Bakery Manufacturer of the Year award.
