A recent membership survey identified an interest in adding more informal opportunities to socialise to the Bakers’ calendar. Last night we were pleased to host ‘Social Drinks’ at Bakers Hall, which was attended by members of the Company old, new and prospective.
On display in the Livery Hall were a selection of materials relating to the history of the Company and past Halls, including photographs and floor plans, which sparked much enthusiasm for our long history.
The air was filled with the buzz of happy conversations, a reminder that Livery Fellowship does not have to be at a smart dinner.
