The Master & Wardens

Each year a new Master is elected to lead the Worshipful Company of Bakers. They are supported by four Wardens, from whose number future Masters will be elected, and their immediate predecessor, who serves for one year as Deputy Master.

Master: William Marle

William became a liveryman of the Bakers in 1979 and joined the Court in 2000. He has been on various committees over the last 20+ years, most notably on the Executive Committee and as Chair of the Long-Term Planning Committee.
