
"An absolute joy from start to finish"
Not all members of our Company are actual bakers when they join the Company. However, we are keen to provide everyone with the chance to improve their baking skills, and of course, enjoy the fruits of their labours.
Our Master William Marle joined members of the Company and their guests at LSBU National Bakery School last night for our first Livery Society event of the year, French Baking, expertly guided by our Liverymen Cristiana Solinas and Jake White.
The session saw the mysteries of fougasse and baguettes revealed, to high acclaim.
