Events at Bakers' Hall

We can accommodate meetings, conferences, team-building activities, showcases, training courses and other corporate and professional events.

The venue is fully wheelchair accessible.

The Livery Hall

A striking mahogany-panelled room featuring three magnificent windows by John Piper.

Theatre-style seating for up to 100 delegates, boardroom up to 40. 

Alternative layouts are also available. 

Fast wifi. Fully integrated PA system with microphones and induction loop available. Wifi. A screen and projector are available on request.  Additional AV requests can be accommodated by our network of external contractors. 

The Court Room

A fine mahogany-panelled space, suitable for boardroom style meetings up to 25, theatre style seating up to 78, or stand up receptions up to 8o

The Charter Gallery

A spacious reception area for up to 80 guests, suitable for drinks receptions, buffet dining and networking events.

The Print Room

Suitable for small meetings or events of up to 8 people, or for use as a breakout space. Full hybrid capability.

Catering

Our established catering partners can provide a wide variety of options, from pastries and coffee, a hot or cold breakfast or buffet lunch, to a fine-dining City banqueting experience for your delegates or clients.

The Clerk of the Company is pleased to offer guided tours of Bakers' Hall, to include a history of The Worshipful Company of Bakers and the wider Livery world. 

Tours are arranged on request for special interest groups, such as local history societies or U3A groups. 

Hall tours last around 45 minutes, and can be combined with your choice of refreshments:

• tea, coffee and baked goods
• afternoon tea
• lunch (buffet, sandwich, fine dining).

All refreshment options include a donation to support our charitable work.

Tours can also be combined with walking tours of the local area, to include The Monument, Pudding lane, or the Tower of London.  We work with a number of Blue Badge guides, who can custom make a tour to your requirements. 

We also organise occasional public access hall tours.

Bakers' Hall is happy to hear from educational organisations.

We are experienced hosts of seminars, conferences and training days. 

We are also the perfect venue for year end or graduation parties. To discuss your requirements, please contact our Events Manager.

We regularly host KS1 children for Great Fire themed days at the Hall.  For more information, including details of bursary-funded visits through our Benevolent Fund, please contact the Clerk. 

We can offer a wide range of catering packages for your special occasion.

Located just a few minutes walk from All Hallows By The Tower church, we would be happy to discuss options for your wedding reception. 

We are also happy to host birthday parties.
