This weekend Bakers' Hall opened its doors for the Open House Festival.
Due to open from 10am-3pm, by 9.30am people were already arriving, thus becoming the very first members of the public to visit Bakers' Hall as part of the festival, which aims to showcase the hidden architecture of the City.
On arrival, visitors were able to view the Charter Gallery, Livery hall and Court Room, with the chance to examine items from the Company Archive, and hear about the historic and modern day Company and Charity.
By the end of the day, an impressive 474 visitors had been through the doors.
Best of all, several visitors commended us on the warm welcome they received from our staff and volunteers.
