Bakers Hall opened its doors this Saturday for the Open House London Festival, the second time we have participated.
During the day, an exhausting 719 members of the public took the chance to visit.
On offer were
- a chance to learn more about the Company and the current Hall through our Court and Livery room guides
- an icing demonstration from Liveryman Dawn Gemmell
- refreshments from our in house events team led by Stevee Newstead, including delicious cakes from the Luminary Bakery
- viewing of photographs and plans of our third hall and books from our on site archive
making for a busy day for all.
Some visitors even took part in a Loving Cup ceremony!
