Often, our Master and Clerk are to be found in black or white tie and livery badges. Sometimes, they get dressed up for other reasons.
The Master William Marle, Clerk Camilla Szymanowska FCG and Upper Warden Alison Springett travelled up to Zeelandia UK Limited's Wigan Factory earlier this week, where they toured the facilities.
They also discussed some of the challenges facing the modern baking trade, Zeelandia's valuable work supporting young people with disabilities in their local communities and exciting plans for the future. As always, how best to support training and education in the baking trade was also a key theme.
