Members of the Company put their baking skills to the test at the LSBU National Bakery School this week, for an Easter Baking workshop, creating a seasonal favourite, Hot Cross Buns.
It was particularly pleasing to see several Past Masters at work. They may not have always been actual bakers, but they certainly are now.
