The Quest for Perfect Friday Night Pizza was the focus of the first Worshipful Company of Bakers' Livery Society event of 2025. Members of the Company and their guests headed to LSBU National Bakery School, where under the expert tutelage of Liverymen Cristiana Solinas and Jake White, they learnt the mysterious art of pizza dough.
The group also had the chance to tour the school, before tucking into the fruits of their labours.
Livery Society events are designed to encourage fellowship among our members and their guests, and provide opportunities to visit unusual places. Suggestions of new places to visit are always welcome, bonus points if there is a bakery connection.
